Measurement and quotation are free. Travel is charged at 3.50 kr per km to the address. A quote is non-binding until you accept it in writing. All measurements are taken by us on site unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All goods are made to measure. Expected delivery time is around 8 weeks from an accepted quote unless otherwise stated. Installation is carried out by agreement. The customer provides free access to the work site on the agreed day.
The products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Terms depend on the individual series and are stated together with the quote. For consumers, Danish sale of goods rules on complaints apply. Contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong and we will agree how to put it right.
Payment terms are agreed in each individual quote. For made-to-measure goods, prepayment or a deposit may be agreed.
Goods made to the customer’s measurements and specifications are not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer contract rules. If you have questions about this, ask us before you order.
